Order Processing Administrator


Requirements

  • University degree
  • Numerically smart
  • Flexibility to adjust to a small company
  • Predisposition to pursue tasks always to conclusion
  • Good customer service skills
  • Open to long term commitment
  • Good MS Office / Excel skills.

Duties

  • Day-to-day control of all sales & purchase orders
  • Log all orders on SAGE software
  • Handle all exceptions
  • Prepare & monitor forecasts
  • Ensure producers & customer receive timely notifications
  • Preparation of quotations.

Report

  • To head of Finance & Administration

Hours

  • May consider part-time

Location

  • Adjacent to Kensington High Street, London

Renumeration

  • Above average. Progressive.
